This is from 2008. The screenshot shows an OpenID IdP web interface that implements the Attribute Exchange extension by using attributes from a user’s InfoCards (“self-issued” or “managed”). InfoCards, also known as CardSpace, was Microsoft’s attempt to create an “Identity Metasystem” for the Internet. Eclipse Higgins contained among other things an open-source implementation of this architecture.
